I used an attractive SquareSpace template to present large images of his oil portraits and landscapes as well as sketches and drawings to create his new website. One section displays brand new paintings in a virtual gallery that will change as he exhibits new artwork. In working closely with Eric, I rewrote his profile, created brand new pages on how to commission works and past commissioned pieces. Another section explains what and where he teaches.

I launched a successful email marketing campaign that announced his new website to clients, associates and friends. Other enhancements to raise his visibility includes an SEO plan and new LinkedIn profile .

Bottom Line: Eric received rave reviews about his website and sold several new pieces within a few weeks after the launch. Future plans include another email marketing campaign for new pieces and a blog to help with his SEO ranking.

Google Analytics Results: The email was sent out to about 450 recipients. In the ensuing 14-day period, the website garnered 865 pageviews and 234 sessions (3.7 pageviews per session) with a 34% bounce rate.

Mailchimp Results: The email open rate reached 44.1% with 861 total opens. The click rate was 21.7%. Clicks per unique opens were 48.9%.
